%X In this paper, we report a general review of the nutraceutical market development of the current consumer trends and the evolution of pharmaceutical technology. In particular, we report developments and results achieved by Lipotech S.A that have allowed them to improve the effectiveness and safety of food and supplements until today. We focus on the benefits of integrating nutrition with “probiosomial” multifunctional liposomes that we have produced, which allows effective treatment of multiple nutritional deficiencies. Our technology allows the personalized administration of supplements according to specific nutritional needs obtained by Nutrigenomic's analysis using a single liposomal carrier.
