These difficulties are most common in group III and IV medications, and they impact the bioavailability of dose forms. There are many methods for dealing with these problems, but they all have serious flaws, like the fact that they are all reliant on the physical and chemical makeup of the medication. To deal with issues like these, cocrystal is a simple and effective way to increase the solubility and permeability of a medicinal component without changing the drug's pharmacological effects. A drug's solubility, dissolving profile, pharmacokinetics, and stability can all be improved by cocrystallization with a conformer. This review article delivers a general impression of cocrystals like properties, method of preparation, evaluation, advantages, and uses. This review will also surely give a brief introduction to cocrystals. %U https://eijppr.com/article/the-co-crystal-approach-an-avenue-for-improving-drug-bioavailability-fxj2tbeoo4uxvm0
